"Oh." she said in a small voice after a while, itching to get out the room and communicate with her husband to be, but politeness held her back. "Did he break up with yo or is he, y'know..?" she said, her voice a shaky whisper fading a way as she didn't dare to say the last word.

Kess started shaking and went pale. "Leaha- I know how you feel" she said, her voice coming from afar "I've seen almost everyone I've ever loved die and be forgotten, and it hurts like nothing else. To think that they won't wake you up with a breakfast in bed on a sunday, that they'll never braid daisies in your hair again, that you'll never laugh together, ever, and you can't do anything about it. Thats love's one fault, that no matter what the corny valentine cards say, it's not forever."

Kess shot an orange warning glare at SS, Scarlett had had sme bad experiences. "Oh." Kess said, sympathy wasn't something she was very good at. She backed away out of the room, pulled out a mirror and breathed on it so her breath misted up the mirror. A very tired doctor appeared in the glass, but his eyes lit up when he saw it was her. "Hey." Kess said half heartedly "I see your magic mirrors work." The doctor pulled a mock anger face.
"One, that is no "magic mirror", it is a highly complex machine that refracts light and sound so it travels through dimensions, instead of just one. And two, of course it works, I made it, everything I make works."
"Chameleon Circuit?" Kess suggested
"Oh shut up! So why'd you call?"
"Just checking you're OK" she replied
"I'm fine, why wouldn't I be?" he said confused
"Cos you save the world daily with only a jazzed up screwdriver to protect you." and she lowered for voice to a whisper "And cos Corin died, it made me worry"
" I'm OK, I'm always OK, you worry far too much Kessy"
"I know. I just don't want to lose you again." The doctor looked down sadly.
"Me neither." he replied and cut off.
She returned, looking slightly better. "Sorry, you understand don't y0ou? I'm just paranoid. How did he die? You don't have to tell me" she asked Leaha.

Suddenly a wail was heard from the corner of the room and Elenriel turned to see Legolas soothe their young son. For a brief moment, husband and wife eye's met in mutual understanding before the Prince carried Alyan into another family room.

Isty walked into the room, it hads been awhile since she had been here last, she had gone on holiday for 6 weeks leaving Bondage and the kids, occasionally meeting up with them and having a good time.
But now she was home, home for good, that was it, another amazing summer over, she sighed and she spotted her children Avril and Sean, playing in their play pen, she smiled and walked over and picked them up, hugging them both to her tightly, taking in their scent.
She had missed them so much; she looked up and placed them down, handing the twins a biscuit each befor elooking round for Bondage.
