Shia leapt up and hugged her grandma and aunt. "Pan, I haven't seen you in forever! It's been about a month hasn't it?" She couldn't keep a laugh from escaping her. "It's been such a good week! People have been coming back home, and guess what?" She showed a paper in her hand. "Mat is going to be coming here in a little bit!" She turned to her aunt, blushing slightly. "Mat Cauthon is my boyfriend. I went to the winter ball with him."

"A month.. oi too long." She laughed, throwing her hands in the air in a gesture before sitting between her grandaughter and daughter. Three generations at once and she was only 18 [lol]

"Really! I have not met Mat yet."

Shia smiled. "Mat's a good kid," she said affectionately. "And don't worry at all about not having a boyfriend yourself. A-Uer's have a way of attracting them." She nodded to emphasize her words. A knock a the door startled her, and she almost lost her balance. "Whoa! Guess I'd better see who that is."

A short time later Shia returned with a tall, brown haired youth. "Aunt Galadriel, this is Mat. Mat, my aunt."
"Oh no!" he groaned in mock despair. "They never end!" His words were cut off as Shia elbowed him in the stomach.

"hmmmmm" she looks at shia then at mat agian

"i guess he's okay for you." "but uh.. i will be checking in on you," meaning mat, "from time to time"

Mat turned to Shia. "Guess this means I have to be good, doesn't it?" he asked with his trademark grin.
"Ah Mat, just be yourself. Everyone loves you in time," Shia returned. "Hey, did I see Pips outside?"
"You sure did," Mat said, the thought of his horse bringing laughter. "Want to go for a ride?"
"Heck yes!" Shia waved goodbye to her aunt as she and Mat left the room for a ride.

Pandora grabbed Shia's wrist before they left, smiling warmly at Mat. "Hey there, weren't think about leaving without introduces your grandparent's eh?"

"Pan!" Shia gasped. "I would never leave without introducing you! Mat, my grandmother Pandora, Pan, my boyfriend Mat."
"Pleased to meet you," Mat said, giving a slight tip to his hat. "Yet another member of the family. I think I'm up to twenty by now!" He laughed.

"You have yet to meet my children, but that can wait for another day."

Weeziey walks in with ....well a new dog .Its a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and it dawdles by next to Weeziey in its puppy like way.
"Rory got her for me to run with." she giggled and laughed merrily
