Bubbles ran to catch up. "Did I hear something about hide and seek?" she gasped, panting for breath. "I'd like to play!"

Tur finished his push-ups and sit ups, and wiped the seat from his brow. Entering the library, he poured a cup of tea, and raised it. "To Saffron Orange." he said in a louder voice than usual. "May her fea find peace beyond the circles of this world." he said gravely, sipping at his tea.

Mrs. Haldir looked over at Lady Death. "Oh, hide-and-seek. Wonderful idea, I would love to play." MH poked her husband in the arm. "Would you like to play dearest?"
"I will just keep watch," he simply answered, a hint that he desired not to play. 'Be careful' he added with his mind.
MH nodded. "As you wish," she said and went to join the others.
"Who shall be the one to count and seek first?" Mrs. Haldir asked before she looked back at her mother. "Aye, those much better mystery novels. They really get the reader to think, you know."

Kit made sure Yusef and Milton carefully removed the body from the dining room table. Who just puts bodies on the dining room table? Geez, the poor food. She then made her way to the cloakroom to grab her coat to go tell the guests about the winner of the pumpkin carving contest. She unwittingly had left it in there sleepily when she went to bed from the bonfire last night.
She saw Eliza there, and pitied how cramp the beast was in the room. Large as it may be, Eliza would've liked the open air and since Pliff had informed her that most of the guests had been taking a walk in the graveyard, what's the harm of letting her out.
"Just so you know, if I smell anything putrid on this coat, you are so gone." Kit said, and put on her coat, leading Eliza outside and into the graveyard.

Kit finally greeted the group of hide and go seekers and eagerly dispatched Eliza to her owner.
"Hey, guys. Bit too chilly for hide and go seek don't you think?" She teased, but then she rubbed her hands together and made her announcement.
"Last night the staff voted on all your pumpkin carvings and decided the winner!" She went on, "Oh and this announcement is also posted all over the mansion so that guests not here already know, because I'm good like that."
She paused and said with a grin, "FRAGILE SILENCE is the winner! Yay!!"
[[I actually drew Saffron Orange out of the hat but... that obviously isn't very useful since you know... she's dead and all, but I drew again and got Fragile Silence which means the first guess on the killer made on October 22nd, cannot be Fragile Silence.]]
