Have you guys stood on the sidewalk of a busy street with a sign that says "Honk if...." Well if you hadn't you should! We had this end of school/farewell party for our friend that's moving to Toronto and 15 of us (all 15 year old girls) stood outside with this huge sign that said "HONK LIKE IT'S 1999"

SO MUCH FUN!!! We got 53 honks in 22 minutes. The funny thing was that it wasn't a friday night or a saturday night or anything...it was wednesday at 10:30.

We wanted to make another sign that said "We are not hookers" but we didn't think of it till we got out on the street. lol.

So yeah you guys should definately do this and if you have then tell us what your sign was

m going to do that tommorrow...i'll make a big sign that says "Honk if you like Lord of the Rings or Star Wars". Or maybe one that says what yours did. Or maybe one tha says "Honk if you have a car".

lol, on the way back from a trip with the school band my friends and I made about a million signs that said "Honk if you like butter!" and random stuff like that. It worked too!

I can imagine doing that in England. I't s bad enough walking down the road with all the old men honking their horns at you. Or sat at a bus stop minding your own buisness and a dirty old man honks at you Or whistles


I love the sign idea though , we use the word Beep

When I walked after school to my house, It was the same thing. Men honking their horns and screaming stuff

One time I was in the car with my mom, and this guy next to us at a stop light was blaring some kind of rap in his sports car. my mom finally got tired of it, so she rolled down the windows of our minivan and blared classical music back at him. i know that's not exactly honking, but it's funny.

However, the funniest thing is when people have a bumper sticker that says "Honk if you...", and they wonder why people are honking at them.
