The new 43mm Royal Oaks are, of the two options available link with the 4401/4404, certainly more contemporary in look and feel and of course, this is by design. While it's taken 25 years the new calibers are a very welcome update to the design, whose ursine heft has always, at least to me, felt link slightly let down by the use of a modular movement. The calibers are 32mm in diameter and 6.8mm thick and definitely feel a better fit for link what is still a fairly large, eye-catching timepiece. |

If link you're in the mood for something a link little more serious, Fears also offers an Edwardian Edition of its 40.5mm Jump Hour. It features an all-white dial and has a sterling link (925) silver case. Only 10 pieces will be available, and they'll cost £5,450 each. |
