I'm fishing for 419 scams and I'm also curious to see how spammed an inbox can get. So I've created a hotmail account for this purpose: calvinhuckle@hotmail.com Now all I need is LOTS of spam... What are the most effective ways to attract spam? Posting the address on a forum is a start, but what other methods are there? Thank you, in advance, for your help. ![]() |

*sings* Spam, spam, spam, spam- lovely spam! Wonderful spam! Anyway Try clicking on some of those banner ads on websites- especially ones that say you've won something, or ones offer quizzes, or how to "find your true love", etc... Some of those might be fishing for email adddresses for spamming. |

You could probably post it on tagboards and on a website itself. |

Sign up for stuff with it. Neopets, MySpace, forums, site memberships. I use the same email when I sign up more almost everything, and over the past five years or so I've gotten about 700 spam mail. Be careful that you don't get a virus though. |

Ask for email updates on sites. Just put your email in wherever there's a box for it, really. ![]() |
