this is the only semi-appropriate place i could find for this thread... hope its the right place. and i hope no one has already started a thread like this...? anywhoo. i was just wondering if any of you amazing A-Uers had Quizillas? i have one and i like reading peoples stuff but i hate just browsing for some reason... i'm not a good browser. so. yeah. i'd love to read some of your stuff, just leave me a username! An unfortunate victim link of the Quartz Crisis, the original Silverstone did not have a long life. Later TAG Heuer would revive the Monaco thanks to LeMans (and its star Steve McQueen), breathing new life into the square watch. The Silverstone was almost lost to history, but for the 150th link anniversary of the Heuer brand, this watch was created as a limited edition. And though the rounded-edge, square style may not be link for everyone, who wants to look like everyone else? |
