Well, since I'm at work all day and I have a rather flexible internet schedule, it usually starts around 8:30am...I arrive at work...and read through my email, go on Facebook, read the news, hop on AU. Then around 9:30, when I'm a little more awake, I'll reply to emails and turn on grooveshark and pick out music to listen to for the day. Then I'll do some research for work and work on spreadsheets and just well work....throughout the day I'll chat with mah friends on Facebook and...get distracted by various things on the interwebz. If my students/volunteers come in, we'll usually watch a ton of youtube videos. Then I go home and that concludes my adventures with the internet.

First I bring up email and Facebook and look through A-U. Then I check the weather so I know whether I need to wear a parka or a raincoat that day (recently, it could go either way). After or during breakfast I might watch some YouTube videos or Daily Show or Colbert Report clips. Later in the day my website use varies, although it's usually some combination of what I've already listed, plus other random sites I find.

I'm afraid my daily routine involves too much internet at the moment I usually check my email, Facebook and A-U during breakfast. During the day I read the newspapers' headlines and other interesting articles, and in the evening I spend some time on Tumblr and A-U, and I read a couple of blogs.

My Daily Internet Routine these days.... When I get up to make coffee, I check PMs and read the RP threads here. After coffee is made and I have retreated to bed, I get on Pinterest on my phone. When I get to work, I usually log into my email and check if there is anything worthy amongst the spam and bacon. If it's a slow morning, I usually archive the RP threads here and maybe write a post for them. I also browse some news websites. On and off here through the day while at work. After I get home, I stay offline until after dinner, then I sit and relax and put on the headphones and get on youtube and run a playlist while I write RP and check out about a half dozen other sites.

My Internet routine starts at 0900 hours with my saying good morning to a friend on Skype, followed by a quick view of Facebook - British Medieval History group, and notifications. I then move onto the three Tolkien sites that I log onto pretty much every day. By 1100 hours I'm logged off and ignore the computer until evening at 1700 hours when I read newspapers, and check mail. I'm done by 2200 hours.

I've cut back on internet in general. Been getting back to calling people and watching my collection of DVDs
But my routine usually involves passing through this site and checking th eRP and such, and more YouTube as I arrange playlists to run on my TV to provide a soundtrack to replace the hole Pandora's shut down has left.

I've also logged in to the Richard Dawkins Foundation homepage irregularly lately.

I haven't been on the Internet as much this summer. Things have been surprisingly busy. I will likely be on more as the rainy season arrives.

Have been checking the TV news sites more often since yesterday, as hurricane Harvey’s successor Irma looks like some serious trouble for anywhere it hits islands or coasts. Wind speeds certainly seem to be a lot nastier than Harvey’s, and what’s worrying experts is that Irma has reached such force in the deep-sea Atlantic regions, rather than in the shallower and warmer waters of the Caribbean. People in the Caribbean islands are trying to prepare as best they can, the prognoses look scary.

They just showed a clip from one of the Islands at Cat 5 and the rain is blowing so hard you can't actually see anything other than the indistinct outline of a palm tree.
