True that! The worst for me, is when I type out a whole message, hit submit, and as I do, my internet connection drops. I lose the whole message, and can't be bothered to type it again.

I know! I HATE that.
I got so paranoid about that I ised to copy the message EVERY time before hitting submit. That way I had it saved and sidn't have to retype it.... Our internet connection was rather finiky back then...

This thread seriously needs reviving. So, here goes!
How is everyone? I hate it when life and my book gets in the way of this place. So, what has everyone been up to?
Everything is great for me. A certain bratty little madam is all better, and book is going great. I just wish I was any good at drawing maps, though. If the book doesn't kill me, the map probably will.

Hey! Yes.... it's been quite slow as of late. I've been busy and running ragged but things are... good and bad. lol back and forth depending on the day and sometimes a mix of both at the same time.  Good to know that your certain someone is doing all better! Sounds like you have been doing a lot with that book.... and yes.... maps are consuming. (for me at least)

OH NO! THIS THREAD IS PRETTY MUCH DEAD! We can't have that. Come on family tree peeps, get posting. Let's add two new pages of conversation.
Seriously though, we got to get the family tree back to life. I always remembered how welcome I was made to feel when I first joined the family tree. That is what made me stick around the forum. I'd be so sad if it died.

I know...  I feel that way about the entire forum! We do need to get it alive and well. We need some proverbial Miracle Grow for this tree!!  Inwish there was a way to get people coming back but we have tried so hard so many times and nothing seems to work.

Introed PMing them, though... I Literally sent a PM and contacted people through any other means on their profile.. Went through the first 750 members... After having only 3 responses, none of which stuck around... I kind of gave up. :/

Hey, guys! I totally agree with helping to revive this thread. I've been guilty of doing the opposite because life has been so crazy.  For any other family members that haven't been in contact with me, like Jax and Erin have....I got married, moved and had a baby boy.
