You can join by being adopted by someone as their adoptive child and you can choose a "husband" on the forum such as any character from LOTR or any movie book etc... so long as they are not already taken by another member.

I'll adopt you, MelinEssea! Hope you don't mind having Thorin as a father (since the AU Family Tree is set in an alternate universe, where certain things never happen) ;-)

Although Jax Nova is also a member of the Family Tree, he's not married, so he can't adopt anyone. Erin Lunaire is planning an anniversary party, so feel free to join in if you wish (that's another advantage of being a member of the Family Tree, but if you're married, you'll be roleplaying both your character and that of your spouse, so it's a good idea if you're familiar enough with them).

Everyone who's a part of the Tree can adopt, whether they are married or not. Single parents are allowed as well ;-)
MelinEssea, if you're ok with Marida adopting you then I'll add you to the Tree!

Hi guys. After careful consideration I've decided that Rick and I just aren't compatible anymore and I'd like to divorce the sucker and re-marry Fox Mulder if that's okay. I'm sure Rick will get over me eventually, but Fox and I just cannot ignore the love we share anymore. ;)

It has been a while since anyone has been active here... so not sure when they would update it. (Just to let you know) Unfortunately it seems like the few who would post here off and on have dwindled into the confines of real life. :(

It is, yes. I don't know if the creator of the thread is on much or how many people who are in the family tree frequent the forum, however.

My mom and grandmother pretty much never get on anymore really.

I used to be part of the Herenya line, but I see things have changed. I would like to join up again. Anyone want to adopt me? (Hopefully someone that remembers me :lol: )

I was married to Dustfinger, but I would like to change to someone else. (Torn between two characters, so haven't decided yet.)
