Aralas pointed, still laughing, at the dwarves' table and the elves' table. Everyone at her table looked and laughed at the sight. The elves who were sitting at the table slowly got up (they were all male elves, by the way) and moved to a different table further away. Just then the first course was served. Aralas smelled the food and her eyes drew her attention back to her own table. Aragorn raised his hand, and everyone fell silent. Then they stood up for the Standing Silence. When that was over, they started eating. "Delicious," Aralas said.

Some Elves were looking very worried about the unruly dwarves, and Legolin almost choked, she was laughing so hard."So, what has been happening here in Gondor?"

"Everyone's been preparing for the party," Aralas replied. Just then Aragorn stood up and everyone got quiet. "Et Earello Endorenna utulien. Sinome maruvan ar Hildinyar 'tenn ambar metta," he sang. It was May 1st, the anniversary of the coronation. He sat down again. (UGH! I meant to do this yesterday but didn't get the chance to do it.) After the meal, dessert was served, and everyone got outside the Tower to see Aragorn and Arwen cut the cake. They both held the knife, and the huge Minas Tirith cake was cut in half. Everyone clapped. When the cake was no more and everyone had a piece (or two!) the hobbits started dancing on the tables and singing drinking songs.

"Oh you can search far and wide, you can drink the whole town dry, but you can never find a beer so brown (you can never find a beer so brown) as the one we drink in our hometown.. (as the one we drink in our hometown) You can keep your fancy ales, you can drink them by the flagon, but the only brew for the brave and true.... COMES FROM THE GREEN DRAGON!"

"Ha!" Merry and Pippin finished, and jumped off the table.

The hobbits just smiled and went to talk with the other hobbits who were invited. "Drinking game, Legolas?" Gimli said, approaching his friend. "No, thank you, Gimli. I've had enough of that," he said. He looked at the dwarves' table and saw them drinking and smoking. "Yay," Aralas whispered. "Drunk, smoking dwarves." "Let's go outside Aralas and start some games," her father suggested, already stroking the feather on his bow. At that, Aralas cheered up. "Come on, Fili and Kili! Legolin, you coming with Elgarain?" she said, already smiling. "Let's start with an archery contest!"

Aralas turned back first. "Boromir, Faramir, Aragorn, you coming?" she said, smiling. "I'll watch," Boromir and Aragorn said, but Faramir was going to compete. Haldir came along too. "Okay," Aralas' father started, "we'll go to the fifth circle where there's space, and then we'll start." then they rushed to the fifth level of Minas Tirith. "Let's race! Ready, set... GO!" Aralas yelled.

"Okay," Aralas replied, narrowing her eyes and getting out her bow of the Galadhrim. She set an arrow on it. Kili was beside her, getting ready. "May the best dwarf win," he whispered to Aralas. "I'm part dwarf, don't forget," she replied.

Aralas raised her bow and aimed. She closed an eye and heard Kili's bowstring twang as the arrow flew and a plunk as it met the target. Faramir was concentrating hard. Aralas met the arrow's tip with the center of the target and let go. She straightened herself and looked around. The results were coming.
