We (my parents and I) had that kind of a mailbox in the US at the end of our long driveway when we lived in a house way back when. Our current mailbox (my wife's and mine) is right next to the entrance door to our section of the apartment building, so barring a hurricane (we’re too far north for that calamity) “going to” it is not an issue. |

I wish I wasn't so petite. I had to do my acrobat act to get my food processor from the cupboard over the fridge. Now I have to return it to its storage cupboard, without falling off the counter. |

How the hell has the pinkeye come back after it's been cleared up and gone for a week? What the hell? This sucks.  I think I might actually have to go see a doctor cause this doesn't make sense.

We have stepladders as well, but the small one that I use to access the top shelves of the cupboards, doesn't give me access to the cupboard over the fridge, due to the depth of the fridge. For that, I need the big step ladder I store in the shed.
