Hey y’all, I’ve always used mobile apps to try managing focus, but they get messy fast. Notifications, updates, all that nonsense. Someone mentioned a browser-based alternative that’s simple and doesn’t track everything. I’m wondering if that stripped-down style actually helps ADHD brains or just removes the good stuff too?

Funny enough, the web thing works better than half the apps I’ve tried. It feels cleaner, calmer. No overload, no bloat. After a week, I got curious and read through some wisey reviews and people said exactly that — simplicity is the strength. You can open it, do your short session, and move on. No pressure, no clutter. It doesn’t try to “gamify” focus; it just supports it quietly. That low-key rhythm makes it way easier to stay on track without spiraling into app fatigue.
