You don't remember cheddar? It's a hard, sharpish cheese used extensively in sandwiches and cooking. Quite delish if you must know, and a personal fave.

Looks like this one was a "huh?" question for more people than just myself. Wikipedia: guess I'll take Ionic, kind of like my preference of Gothic over Baroque or Rococo.
