are you shy or not?

I am not normally shy, i am really outgoing actually, but when it comes to large crowds and speeches I tend to be nervous

When I met new people or there's someone that I like or attracts me, I get very shy and nervous. If the person or persons make me feel comfortable, I don't act shy

I am in front of crowds.. and people I don't know. But if I'm around both people I know and don't know, I'll be outgoing. And of course once I get to know someone : )

nobody believes me when i say i'm incredibly shy, but i seriously am. i hate meeting new people, talking in front of crowds, taling in front of small groups of people, performing for any ammount of people, etc. Now, once i get to know someone, it's completely different (as BEG4G will attest to). i'm really outgoing on the internet though (which most people have already figured out ). i think for me, outgoing-ness (whatever the word is) is a cover-up for shyness. does that make any sense to anyone?

I'm almost never shy... some people make me nervous though....ha ha I don't know why, but when talking to certain people I just get horrified..like this lady that works at the guitar shop, I'm not sure why but she scares the *beep* out of me...

I'm really shy when my friendss introduce me 2 thei other friends, sometimes I keep so quiet that they actually forget I'm there. I often walk with my head bow down , it drives my mother crazy. I'm shy in front of many people, crowds and even 2 give a report in school, I don't even let no one but the teacher read my essays, I never read out loud what I write or speak that much in class and when I'm told 2 speak in class, my voice reduces 2 the 1 of a mouse.
When I'm front of big crowds my knees begin 2 shake and my hands get all sweaty. When I'm in a fancy resturant I just keep quiet, staring down to my hands on my lap. But when i get used 2 that place I do almost anthing.
I'm also camera shy . But I'll get over it soon enough my Elf friends.

Yes I'm very shy, except around my family and close friends. When I meet new people I'm horribly shy. I wish I was outgoing! But I'm not...my best friend is really outgoing though so we kind of balance each other out lol.

I love speaking in front of crowds, and I love acting on stage.
I had the part as an old woman in a zimmer frame once, and I did an impression of an old lady so well that the audience laughed

But yeah, I don't mind reading and stuff in front of classes, or prosenting things - usually meaning I get chosen to read in mass everytime

But, to do what I want to do, theres no room to be shy!

Some people think I'm shy, mainly because I'm not exactly a chatterbox, but I really don't think I am. I mean, I say Hi to people, and I LOVE to act/preform. Crowds don't scare me. I'm definatly not a nervous wreck.

Can you say....INTROVERT? C'est moi (that's me). Complete, total shy person. Really! Except around friends, that is. And online I'm a lot more outgoing. But yes, I'm very shy. I voted for nervous wreck, even though it doesn't quite fit me. I'm only shy around strangers, and I tense up in big crowds.

i usually do well in front of crowds, but when i meet new people i'm quiet, cautious, but polite, which means i smile and act super sweet more than i usually do.
