wow... thats so pretty and sparkly... i like it!!!
looks: 8/10
useability: its a bit busy... shortcut icons would probably get caught up in it, and they would be hard to see... so 5/10 for that

Usability: 7/10...Just a little too busy for icon clarity

Looks: 9/10! Great blending! And I'm likin' the brushes ye used!
Usability: 8/10! I'm would rate higher, since my icons go on the bottom, but I'm thinking for the majority of the Window users.
Here is one I made for my new monthly desktop.
