So I was looking around imdb a while ago... and here is what I found out. Apperantly Heath is going to play the joker in the next batman(coming out 08.) I was like.... heath=joker.... It's official. He was cast a wee while back.
He's also said some derogatory things about comic books, so why did he even audition for a role in a comic book film?
So long as he doesn't play it like a young Jack Nicholson's Joker.

Mmmm...that kind of disappoints me that he'd say stuff like that. *sigh* Oh well. I'm actually kind of excited that he'll be playing the Joker. I think he'll do a good job. Oh well...if he doesn't, there's always Christian Bale to stare at.  _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

What exactly did he say?
But I agree... I cant see him as the Joker. Alot of people said that Johnny Depp would have made a good joker. IDK, but he is more of a joker then Heath would.

Well....actually I think I can imagine Paul Bettany as the Joker but who knows? Heath might do a good job. We will have to actually see him perform in order to judge.

Thats true. I like Heath alot. He was amazing in a Knights tale, and he's incredible hot too! lol

Welll....I don't know.
I mean, I haven't seen him in any movie before (leastways, I don't think I have) so I really don't have an opinion.

I know that Mark Hamill was considered for the role, (He voiced the animated Joker) but Ledger was chosen over him for his younger age, we'll just have to see how he plays it out, but it would have been nice to see Hamill back in live action.

The Late Heath =( miss ya...
but at first I didn't see him as the joker, but as I read up on articles and seen trailers of him playing, I think he has played a very interesting take on the joker.... like I don't even know how to explain it, but the character is very dark and it is intriguing... I am excited to see how it turned out as a whole and I have all the faith in Heath

We were SOOOO naive!
