Just a random poem i started...its supposed to fit one of the characters i made up for my novel. I'm also working on a drawing about what it represents to me(and my character). Chains of yesterday bind me to the tasks of today. My spirits fail as my tasks grow wearisome, Scales fall like leaves about my body. I lay here in the dust of today, bound by the chains of yesterday. |
