Demons ascending,
Angels falling
Spirals of light,
Powers in motion
Another rises,
Another falls

Kings ruling,
slaves dredging
Petty souls,
Things of greed
Another rises,
Another falls

Empires dominate,
Cities rot
Rome gold-clad,
Babylon ruined
Another rises,
Another falls

Children born,
Elders pass
New to replace,
Old to rust
Another rises,
Another falls.....
