Pallid moon shines, Dreary house still. A shadow passes, Crying innocence. Blood is spilled, Blades soaked in gore. Phantoms screech, Hiding dead faces. Thunder explodes, Grim abode exposed. A skull lies barren, Demanding its due. Souls wail, My heart beats fast. Death arrives, Scythe in hand. Despaired I cry, "Horror!" My light lost In reaper's shade. |
