warning: this may well be my most depressing poem ever...no bad references though. i wrote it after my first boyfriend dumped me, but that was ages ago.

i am falling
and you
are not there to catch me
forever
(eternity is black and white)
and my heart is not my own
it stayed
hoping
praying
(do you hear what i hear)
for what my mind
and my body
knew would never come true
so i fall
into eternity
and far away i see you
smiling
crushing my heart in your hand
