Well, I wrote these two last night when I was just feeling very over whelmed. Please leave me some comments. <center>SHADOWS, SHADOWS Shadows, Shadows, chasing me, Round the bend, and up the hill, Unrelentingly they follow. Shadows, Shadows, in the night, Fill my heart with pure black fright, I turn the corner to a darkened end. Shadows, Shadows, surround me now, Darkness has fallen, Covering the world in a shroud. The light peeps down from over head, And lights a perfect circle, I see the faces of my demons 'round. Then the light goes out, The Shadows are gone, And I have now become one. WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM? What’s your problem? Why can’t I hear you? Do you not see me in sorrow? Do you not see me in pain? Can you just tell me I’m the problem? Or should I suffer here instead? Oh, I know that you love me, And you know that I love you, But must these misunderstandings, Get in the way of me and you? What’s your problem? Can’t you see me out here? Can’t you see me drowning in anguish? Don’t you see my crystal tears? I know that you can hear me, Now as I cry out to you, But would it be quite the hassle, To hear something from you? All I hear are the echoes, Of my own pleading cries. What’s your problem? |
