I need to come up with a name for the main female character in a fantasy book. A little about her- she's 17 or 18, strong willed, and plain-looking, not very pretty. |

I voted Tahlna, because it sounded more like a womans name, though Brinan would be good for any male characters |

I like Tahlna - i agree that Brinan is more like a boy's name. Brinanne would be more feminine... Kymril would be easy to shorten, if you wanted to do so, though. |

Thanks, guys! (girls) I am leaning more towards Tahlna, but I didn't know if it sounded too femine for a "tough girl" lol |

Definately not. People are not named depending on who they are - they're given the name when they are little, afterall, so I think it would work. |
