Ringers - The Poem
Lord of the Fans

‘Rings’ the movie has been and gone

But Tolkien’s world, it still lives on

All over the world readers weep

When Gandalf falls into the deep

The Silverlode, The Mirrormere

Reflections in the waters clear

An Elven song of times of old

The top of Caradhras, evil and cold

The wolves of Isengard’s cruel bite

Aragorn is there to win any fight

Across the world Rings fans meet

To dress up with beards and Hobbit’s feet

Middle-Earth becomes so real

Or at least, that’s how us Ringers feel!
