Post subject:  "An Answered Prayer"
I would like to dedicate this poem to pip&leggyluvr and ~*ArwenEvenstar*~
to whom I have become good friends with since joining this forum.


To find the words, it's hard,
To say just what it is.
What healed when it scared,
The works must be His.

Where once I felt alone,
Inside a growing crowd.
Now a light has shone,
Wher my spirit bowed.

Some times it is enough,
To know they are there.
Comforting to spirits rough,
To hear the words "I care."

Whatever way you look,
It's something felt within.
And if it all was took,
I would do it all again.

A friendship is to cherish,
Keep forevermore.
Never let it perish!
Or shut on it the door!

Through good and bad,
Hard times and the dark.
When your sad or mad,
Never drift appart!

Agree to disagree,
If that is what it takes.
It sets the spirit free,
Where else the spirit breaks.

So chrish every friend,
Forever keep on trying.
And to the verry end,
I will cherish mine.

Though I may never,
See you face to face.
I will stay true forever,
Not vanish with no trace.

You mean so much to me,
It's true I will admit.
For this is you see,
For what I prayed to get.

Thank you Father for friends,
And may we all hold dear.
Until our very ends,
And not give in to fear!

*reads Jax's friendship poem again* Can i ask u a question? How do u always get everything 2 rhyme (sp?) ??? :confused: See, I'm trying 2 write this poem, but I'm stuck b/c I can't think of anything to rhyme!! so i tried 2 change the wording, & still can't think of anything! lol it's very frusturating.....how do u do it?? :confused2:

lol well most of the time it just comes out ryming, but when I get stuck I just go through the alphabet saying words that rym starting with all the words that rym starting with A that I can think of then B C D etc...

lol. see, I do that too, but I can never seem to find a word that fits.....I even have this rhyming dictionary.....lol sounds dumb, but it's pretty cool!!1 u look up a word ending, like ay, & it'll say day, gay, ray, etc. it's pretty cool. but even w/ that, i still have trouble. hmmm.....*shrugs* idk.

hmm, well sorry thats the only thing I know to tell ya. :(

That's sounds pretty cool actually I have seen them before and I think it would be neat to have one.

*nods* yes, it can be very very helpful. lol :-D b/c it tells u things u never think of. it's not like it goes through w/ every letter of the alphabet. i mean, it does, but then it has other words, too. it's very helpful. 8)
