So I just wrote this down the other day. What do you think? Twilight Faint dreams as reflection, whispers calling for me No hope, no love Just a memory, skies filled with stars and sunsets reflecting in sea Long I have dwelled in darkness Only lies, only mistrust You taught me to live, laugh, love, curing my blindness Yet short we lived these happy times, a shadow came over us The sorrow, the loneliness Bearing the pain of a broken heart of the one I could trust Longer I will linger, even further away Just grief, just pain Guidance of your love will never lead me astray In twilight... |
