Hey everyone, has anyone here ever completely lost track of a client in the middle of a booking? I had this one where a couple wanted a last-minute trip, and I thought I confirmed everything, but then radio silence for like three days. I had to dig through old emails and messages to figure out where they were in the process. It was honestly stressful, and I realized I might need a better system to track clients without relying on memory alone.

Lately, I’ve noticed that keeping a really simple morning routine helps me feel less frazzled overall. Even small things, like checking emails or scheduling tasks for the day before I start actual work, make a huge difference in staying organized and not losing track of anything important.

Oh man, I’ve been there more times than I care to admit. I used to juggle all my bookings through DMs and random spreadsheets, and a few slipped through the cracks. Recently, I started using something like https://nethunt.com/industries/travel-agent-crm to keep everything in one place—it’s saved me so much headache. Now I can see all messages, follow-ups, and notes in one view, so even if a client goes quiet, I can pick things up immediately without panicking.
