I dunno... I don't think I could read it in elvish. It dose sound interesting though that was what he wanted to do.

Yeah..I bet (this will never work but its good to dream) that if every member here thak spoke elvish took 1 page of ..say.. FOTR. and translated it into elvish and posted we.. we would have the etire book in elvish!!!

It wold take some looking up..I dontknow it well either.. plus we would all have to decide on the same type of elvish.. it would be funny to have one page in Sindarin and the next in Quenya ... That makes me laugh at the thought of tuirning the page and wondering what launguage its in...

its just a silly idea though.. it would never work out.. oh well *smiles*

That's really cool! :D I think Chris Tolkien really should do it. As a lasting tribute to his amazing father...

A collective effort, huh? I wish I knew elvish, one of my goals for this summer was to learn at least some of that and Irish...

My elvish isn't that good, but i'd like to read the books in elvish... fist I'm gonna try to get my parents buy me 'gateway to sindarin' then i could finally learn to speak proper english!! That would really be great!

My elvish isn't good either. But I think having one of Tolkien's books in Elvish would be a good motivation to learn it properly.

Man! i wish i knew elvish! i can't fnd any books that are about it, Queny or Sindarin. :( and i don't hae any money to buy them anyway.
