Yeah, it is.
The Minas Tirith that is mentioned in The Silmarillion was destroyed, though. It was built by Finrod Felagund on Tol Sirion, then captured by Sauron, then finally destroyed.

No. The Anduin has always been where it is. The Minas Tirith of Tol Sirion was on the river Sirion, which vanished when all that land sank beneath the sea. So the Minas Anor Minas Tirith is a completely different Minas Tirith.

Yes Anduin has been where it is since after the War of Powers (the second War between Melkor and the Valar, in which Melkor is chained up in Mandos) until as far as we know into the future.

I'd like to think he was reborn, because he had done such good things at the fall of Gondolin that I think he deserves reappearing in LotR. I'm not sure it about it though, but I like the idea of him being reborn

guys - I've read that the glorfindel from rivendell isn't the same like gondolin's.
"Es ist nicht bekannt, ob Glorfindel mit dem gleichnamigen Edlen von Gondolin verwandt war..." (source: handbuch der weisen von mittelerde")

Well as I don't understand whatever language you speak I will have to pass judgement until a translator can do his business...

it says:
It's unknown if Glorfindel (the Rivendell one) is related to the one from Gondolin with the same name.
