Hi, friends! We argue all the time and don't understand each other. I recently heard about a relationship coach and wondered if it would help us. Honestly, I don't believe that someone from the outside can change anything. But maybe it's about communication skills and self-development, not miracles? Has anyone experienced this and can tell me what real changes happen after working with a coach? |

Hi! I worked with a relationship coach a few months ago. There were no real miracles, but the changes are noticeable: we learned to listen to each other better, express our feelings and cope with conflicts calmly. The coach gives practical tools and supports in their application. Unlike therapy, it is not about the past, but about developing specific skills and understanding your goals in the relationship. For me, this was a huge step towards improving mutual understanding. |
