And In Kalevala it`s Ilmatar...

Väinämöinen the son of Ilmatar has the power to affect others with his voice and singing(can also be seen as spellcasting since he sang against the younger and more arrogant Jouhikainen making him to sink in the a swamp)

whom has his voice as his greatest asset in Tolkiens world? Saruman!
