When Gandalf confronted the Balrog, he claimed himself as the wielder of the Flame of Anor. What did he mean? :-D

Anor means sun. Some claims Gandalf refers to the power he was given by the Valar, as they were the Light and those who created the sun, in contrast to Melkor and his dark creatures.

Another suggestion is that Gandalf refers to himself as the wielder of Narya, the Ring of Fire.

Sorry for the short answer but I hope it is somewhat helpful.

Flame of Anor = Flame of the Sun
Flame of Udun = Flame of Hell
Secret Fire = Flame Imperishable (used by Eru to give life)

Some Maiar were attunded to certain things, i.e. the Maiar driving the sun and the Balrogs were closely tied to fire. Gandalf's statement leads me to believe Gandalf is also a Fire-based Maiar.

Did Sauron know Gandalf possessed Narya, the Ring of Fire?

No, I don't think Sauron knew it. If he had known Gandalf was the keeper of one of the rings of power he would have... nah... I don't know, but I think he would have tried to get rid of Gandalf...

What happened to the Dwarven Ring of Powers?

Sauron got them all - killed the dwarves, etc. He got the last one, and supposedly the greatest, from Thorin's dad, Thrain, in the dungeons of Dol Guldur.

So some Rings were more powerful than others? If so which of the Elven Rings was more powerful?

Well, he got almost all of them, but a few of them were consumed by dragons. And he tried to find the elven rings of power, but he did not know who had them, because once the elves figured out what Sauron was doing they concealed the three rings so that he could never get his hands on them.

the elven rings each had a little different power i think (f.e. the ring of fire could "rekindle hearts in a world that grows chill") but nothing is said of more or less powerfull elven rings(at least i dont know about that)

I believe that Vilya (Elrond's ring) was the most powerful of the Elven Rings.

Yes, I think it says somewhere that Vilya is strongest. Vilya represents something to do with air, and Nenya something to do with water.

Yep. And the last one was Naur, (Fire) which was in Cirdan the Shipright's keeping, but he gave it to Gandalf for awhile.

Err I think Gandalf's ring is called Narya, but I'm sure it has something to do with fire.
