I didn't notice till QUITE a few rewatches lol but I knew once I noticed, why that was...because the glowing Arwen in the white dress was Frodo's hallucination.

And if you think about it, the costume change makes a great deal of sense. I mean, I don't mean to brag but I noticed it first time around. But I always pay extremely close attention to costumes and most people don't really care

Ive always noticed this too, but i've never really thought anything of it. I guess I just thought that since Frodo was hallucinating, he was seeing an elf as a wraith might view her. Her dress in the "vision" is differant from her riding costume, but i guess i thought it could be the same outfit, but maybe Frodo was just seeing part of it or something.

That's funny Lol. This is pretty bad too-and it has nothing to do with LOTR-but if it makes you feel any better-I just had a rather embarrassing realization of my own this year. After over two decades of life, I realized that I actually have birthmarks on my face
