My mom gets them all messed up. She thinks they are alike(she even thought Arwen and Eowyn sounded alike) She reads Harry Potter and calls Gandalf Dumbledore I get soooo mad! Any way I liked when Gandalf said Samwise Gamgee have you been eavesdropping? Then Sam said No sir I havent been dropping no eaves sir honest! SOOO FUNNY!

*a few hours later... the Fellowship just standing around while Gandalf is STILL trying to open the doors*

that just makes me laugh every time. and also when merry and pippin are throwing rocks in the water outside moria and aragorn only scolds pippin for it and merry doesn't get blamed at al...hah hah.

Also there's this really small part after Gandalf makes Pip and Merry do the dishes [for setting off his fireworks] where I think Merry[?] sort of nods at Gandalf who's sipping his drink. I don't know why but that always makes me want to laugh.

Oh, there are SO many good parts! I love the part where Gandalf bumps his head on the beam in Bag-End, and when Merry and Pippin set off those fireworks, and the "Shortcut to Mushrooms" part, and when Gimli says "Not the beard!" and when - well, to make a long story short, PJ did a great job of sticking humor parts in there. I really am hopeless when it comes to choice-making.

Yes yes yes! I almost forgot about that, lol. I think I was almost expecting that line before I first ever heard it... Gimli definately was one of the more light-hearted characters in the trilogy *points to where Gimli tripped and rolled down the hill in TTT*

The most funny part is the apple scene, but also the EE scene in the swambs when Merry says: What do they eat when they can't get any Hobbit??
