if anyone hasn't mentioned this yet I noticed things about Gandalf's beard at the beginning. at first it was tied up and then it was loose.

There are one or two that just kind of stand out but others you'd really have to look for.

Got all the extended editions, and I've noticed nearly all of the little glitches---they don't bother me, I just ignore it. :)

I saw one in ROTK when gandalf is talking with denethor and when he walks away first you see him walk away with a clean cape then you see pippin and then you see gandalf again (still walking away) with a dirty cape.... :confused2:

Really? A car!?

I'd love to catch that! Anyone recall which scene it supposedly appeared in?

I do as well! (Well my brother does, but I own him so all is well :P He also owns a helmet of one of the riders of Rohan and a replica of Sting which is very sharp and precise! Doesn't glow blue when orcs are near or it would be glowing each time he walked into the room. He also has other medieval weapons as well which I touch when no one is around. Especially now when he's at Rome!)

i've spotted a mistake, but it was by accident. in ttt when pippin/merry are taken captive and the riders of rohan come kill the orcs/urick hi (or however you spell it :-D ) and that horse appears to stand on pip. well in aragorn's "flashback" one minute pip's hands are tied, the next they are not then they are tied up again!

and merchandise wise me and my family have got all 3 ee, complete soundtrack for all 3, treebeard/legolas bookmarks, afore mentioned jewellery, i've got the hobbit 2006 diary, loads of posters (mostly leggy), the leggy cardboard cutout, the ary of fotr/ttt/rotk/lotr books, games workshop models, 2005 and 2006 picture-a-day calendars, regualar editions of the films, legolas 2006 calendar, and a few other calendars (forces of light etc.) and my brother also has the PS2 games. wow i've only just reliased how much lotr stuff we actually have. cripes

(i'm not spoilt honest! )

Did you know that Viggo Mortensen decided to do 'mouth-to-mouth' with Billy Boyd to encourage Sean Astin in the wedding scene with Sam and Rosie? Not a glitch, but I wanted to let everyone know that :p

I've never seen it, and I've seen almost the entire movie in slow motion.

When Gandalf and Bilbo are blowing smoke-rings, and Gandalf blows his ship, he's in front of a picture of Bilbo or whatever. It bugs me everytime now.

And when Aragorn, Frodo, and Boromir are on Caradhras there's another one. In the last shot of Frodo before Boromir goes back up the hill, you can see Aragorn's hand on his sword, resting idly on the pommel, but two seconds later it shows Aragorn letting go of his sword as if he had been holding it the whole time. That really bugs me.
