I would say my favorite scenes are Bilbo's party, and the fight scene in the Breaking of the Fellowship.

I think from the Shire to the Breaking are my favorite scenes. 
My favorites are the Shire, Breaking, and Moria, probably. I love the Elven homes though.. _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

Anytime Boromir talks about Gondor and you hear the Gondor theme in the background. *sniff*
When he describes the Tower of Ecthelion in Lothlorien. I hadn't read the book but I could picture it. Then TRotK came out and it looked just like I imagined it!

In all honesty, I think it would have been easier to ask if there are any scenes you didn't like.
I myself cannot say that there is a single scene in FOTR that i am disatisfied with. THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!
But I really like the Shire-scenes, they're so happy and cheerfull and... green ^^
Other scenes I really like are:
Flight to the Ford
Council of Elrond
Moria
Lothorien
Breaking of the Fellowship
And actually all others too.  All the marvelous places en sights... _________________

All the Rivendell and Lothlorien scenes and the Breaking of the Fellowship.
