Post subject:  Is Calendly’s free plan enough for professionals in the USA?

I’ve been using Calendly’s free plan to schedule meetings, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s really enough for someone managing multiple appointments in the USA. The free version only allows one active event type at a time and has very limited customization options, which can be frustrating when trying to organize different types of meetings or coordinate with multiple clients.

For professionals and small teams in the USA, how do you handle scheduling with these limitations? Do you usually stick with the free plan for a while, or do you quickly feel the need to switch to a paid plan or another tool? What strategies or alternative tools have you found most effective for keeping your schedule organized without paying for extra features?
