....I think it would be fun to have house designed to resemble Rivendell. That would rock, especially if it had the trees and waterfall, etc.

I must point out the fact i loved Rivendell. It was spectacular and beautifully created. I thought it had a very elves feel and it really didi have a comfortable, but sacred atmosphere. The waterfall was beautiful, as was the scenery. I loved the falling leaves too. It looked very autumny if you get what i mean. It was beautiful!

well the shire has a more humble feel to it, Rivendell has a more royal and fantasy feel, it all depends on what you rather fill your mind with!

Yep. I like Rivendell a little better because i love everything about the elves. And i love Rivendell in the book because it has more information and stuff about how the elves always sang and told stories in The Hall of Fire, and had feasts for people and that Rivendell was a happy place to be. i just love it! and i agree with the automn-feel of the place too, Frodos-Guide.

I really love Rivendell. It's so beautiful and perfect. If I could choose, I would definitely stay there.

I loved Imladris in the movie! If I could choose to live anywhere I would go there. The colours were so beautiful too, all the red and gold with the sun shining through the leaves *sigh*. Yup I would want to talk to all of them too ^_^ I'm just gonna day-dream about that now hehe

technically i would want to go to Lothlorien, but if i wanted a more bright and happy feeling i would go to Rivendell, but Lothlorien has more of a "blue" feel to it!

Its like a rest from all labours, where time has no sway. Also, th elibrary must be stacked with elven lore lol. 8)
