Elijah did a great job and remember the Ring made Frodo younger. I don't mind him playing our awesome hobbit ;)

Well it didn't make him younger - it just made his aging come to a halt where he was for as long as he bore it. But yeah I don't think anyone could have played the role better than Elijah did. He was a tad melodramatic in my opinion, but he did an incredible job at Frodo.
