I cry at that scene all the time too, so your not alone. I especially cry during Boromir's death scene. *thinks about it and starts to cry*

Nah, everyone is probably like that [me included]. Those scenes are just truly heart-wrenching to watch. :)

Awww...I'm like that 2! Don't worry. It's okay, we're all just a bit more sensitive except the person who voted no need to weep.

Thank God for movies like FotR that speak to our lives in such powerful ways that they touch us this dramatically! We are alive! We thrill...we hurt...we laugh...we cry...

With Tolkien we relive and feel the full experience of life again in a few short minutes or hours and drink it to the dregs...with all it joys and horrors.

What a tonic! Isn't it awesome?!

yep sinbearer. I visited oxford university in May by the way, maybe i took the footsteps of Tolkien... (hopefully). i was so touched when we went there, no one of my classmates liked it so much as I did, they dont know anything about Tolkien.

I agree. I don't think it matters if you cry or not. Crying is a healthy thing and if something touches you with that much emotion, you shouldn't be ashamed that it's that important to you.

I cry at the end too. Especially because Sam is crying. Whenever he is sad it makes me sad.
