I was just wondering if I could start an Official Weasley Family Fan Club. I looked on the list and didn't see anything, but I was just checking. Would that be possible?

How long does one have to wait before his club is aproved? I sent my Guidelines and such in earlier today, and I want to get it started ASAP, so i ask, how long to wait?

There is no wait --- it's basically until I say it's okay, which is usually pretty quick, if not within a day - possibly in a day.
