No at the moment, you're supposed to be seeing all posts at the same width. Before, when we were at 85%, all posts were different width for me depending on the length of the person's banner and it was all centered. Not anymore for me. Now everything is the same width and when I view threads where members have posted a picture much wider than the forum, that particular post stretches out towards the right, but everything else stays put to the left.

This post might be a bit off-topic, but i want to let you know i could make some graphic such as icons or new logo's. ;) Though i have very little experience with HTML and such as the real internet language. ^^

Thanks so much for the flags, Eru! Added, although I had to wing it with country codes for some of them - the ones I wanted to use were already taken :( Should we have any elven-realm flags? I think Haldir and co. have some nifty banners they bring with them to Helm's Deep...

Will, you're the third person to ask so apparently this is a hot topic, but no, the Bots are not spam accounts. I believe their sole purpose is to keep search engine information up to date. Don't worry - they can't post. Speaking of spam accounts, the LotR anti-spam user registration device seems to be keeping the spammers at bay! Huzzah!

JF and Will: Google Chrome Google Chrome Google Chrome Google Chrome Google Chrome! Help Google take over the world! It's awesome! It's fast! It pwns IE in every single way! It even runs faster than Firefox, at least for me! Google Google Google! (No, I'm not a Google fangirl - why do you ask?)

That said, there are still poor lost souls people who use IE, so I should probably try to fix things for them. I've gotten the screenshot of everything being oddly centered, but was there anything else IE-specific that you want me to look at?

Quickly-reply box - is it too wide by everyone's standards?

The smilies take up way too much space on my screen. Seems like only half of them would be enough as a preview thing. But maybe it looks better on other people's screens.

^Mine is kinda like that too.

My quick-reply box is the width of the screen, pretty much. Like, that section is the same width as the rest, as opposed to the smaller one before.

Fair enough :) Edited the smilies down to the smaller (and more commonly used) ones. Are there any in particular you really want on the main page? Or do you know all the codes by heart? :teehee:

What does everyone else think? Want a thinner quick reply box?

Yay looks way better now! :) The ones I tend to use the most, like: :teehee: :drool: :swoon: :) :D :drunk: :roll: :laugh: :confused: :notworthy: :punk: I already know by heart. But perhaps other people have other favorites they'd rather see up there. I think it would be best to avoid the jumping/bouncing/exploding ones though as they take up so much space.

I'm indifferent about the quick reply box to be honest, but I can see why a smaller one would be handier. But if we go smaller, it should be centered I think.

Did you move the ad that is at the bottom of the page on top of the footer image? I think it actually looked better when it was above the footer image, rather than on top of it, to be honest. :confused:

Well, it's behaving better now....at least on my screen. What say those with smaller screens? Is the header ad overlapping anything? We don't have to keep it this way...I'm just trying to generate some income, especially with the revival happening.

I did move the ad to on top of the footer image, trying to keep things cleaner...but I'm not sure how I feel about it, either. Anyone else have input? Above footer or on top of it?
