There are five of us on the coding team, since Telpeath joined. On the Layout & Coding thread, I'm trying to set up an AU chat meeting for us so that we can decide what code we want to modify, what large-scale changes we want, how to do them, and who's doing what. I'm thinking that we'll contact you (Arweb) for server access after we figured all that stuff out, preferably next week or so, but that's subject to other people's schedule. Just to let you know. :bye2:

Arwen I PMed you the people who said they would help work with the emails.

Do you guys have any preference as to what the emails should be? As in (whatever)@arwen-undomiel.com?

We could have it so that each of us uses a different name, and we would emailed for different purposes, or we could just have one. I think the best would just be a-u@arwen-undomiel.com or au@arwen-undomiel.com.

I think for, like, support it should be support@arwen-undomiel.com as that is almost a crutch on most websites. Otherwise, I'm fine with whatever they might be.

JF: I will probably get to that task later tomorrow evening. I have a 6 page paper to write tonight, but I should be fairly free tomorrow night to look through TTT & ROTK.

I think it would be best to just have one email address. Bu obviously it will be important to have good communication between us regarding who has dealt with/replied to what so we don't get confused.

^ Thanks a lot Tel! Take your time, there's not hurry. I'm just starting to get slowly swamped by all the gallery stuff and I admit, I have put off checking the screencaptures until the very last. So anything you can do will be amazing. :hug:

I think something like support or contact @arwen-undomiel.com would be best because it states obviously what the purpose of the email is.

I personally think contact is more inclusive, because not everyone will be asking for help or support, some might just want to get in touch with the site.

Grack, I forgot that journalist news entries need approval before being posted to the site >.< So...I'll probably bump you guys up to editor permission levels at some point so you don't have to wait for me, but I have it set up to notify me by e-mail when you write new articles that I should approve :) It's posted now, and congrats on your first news story!

Whoa, life on the main site?!! This is history!! A-U history! Looking good girls. :-) I can't wait for more news and updates. Like Ana said, it's finally starting to feel real too.

And great job to the rest of the hard-working people. So excited for the fruits of your work to show up on the site too. :D
