From the Website, Or
From Your Mobile App

From the Website:

Access Your Orders: Come to the Your Orders section.
Locate the Order: Look for the particular order you are willing to cancel. Tap on View or edit order so that the order can be cancelled easily.
Select Cancel Option: You need to opt for the Cancel items.
Choose Items: Decide the items first. After that, click on the favorable items that you have desire to cancel.
Pick Cancellation Reason: A drop-down menu will open. From here, you need to pick out the reason why you are cancelling all your orders.

From Your Mobile App:

Open App Profile: Start using the Amazon app. Navigate to your profile section.
Access Your Orders: Go to Your Orders.
Select the Order: Choose the order first.
Tap Cancel Option: Select either of the two options—Cancel items or Cancel order.
