Well elvenprincess812, this thread is supposed to be for LotR related (and RotK in particular)questions, but let me try to answer your question anyway.
You find the URL code for the banner you wish to show in your signature and put [img*] [/img] around the banner code - just without the little asterisk - and it will show.

Why didn't they add Elladan and Elrohir?(still don't about the extended version.)

Elladan and Elrohir have never really played a very important part in the books or the movies. You hear them mentioned every once in a while but other than that they are pretty minor. I don't think PJ really felt the need to add them in. And no, I don't think they're in any of the EE scenes.
