Gladiator is just one movie, actually, but it's very well done. It's still my favorite movie ever.

The Trilogy is/are only the second-best movie(s) of all time. Gladiator is still better.

Well, in my opinion, it's the best out of the three, which are the best movies of all time. So there you go. (apparently on some poll somewhere on a big-deal site ROTK is #2 best movie ever...behind Titantic...grr...  )
