The header ad looks fine for me on a 1024x768 screen, but I have a feeling those on 800x600 will find that the ad is covering the "Forum" text.

To me the footer ad looks out of place on top of the footer image, regardless whether it's a picture ad or a text ad. It just doesn't look right.

I have to agree that the footer ad doesn't look too good. It looks like it's landed on top of there by accident, kind of like Eru's online/offline button did, if you know what I mean.

Yeah that's really what it looks like. Like your screen resolution wasn't enough to make things fit and it landed on top of there because it had no other place to go.

I'm sorry Arwen. It must be annoying to answer every question three times. :( I'll read the posts better next time. ;)

And I think the ad looks fine right now where it is. I hardly notice it, now it's in the upper right corner. :)

Picky picky, I don't like any of you anymore :teehee:

Nah, it's all good, I agree the bottom ad was weird-looking. So, I think I've got the ads sorted - maybe JF can weigh in about how it looks with her screen. Also, for you weird IE people - I caved and previewed the forum in IE myself, and tried to fix at least the most glaring errors, mainly the stuff that was oddly centered. Should be better now.

And, since it was requested, I made the Quick Reply box considerably thinner, as well as the stuff under it. You like? You no like? You ambivalent?

The not-centered posts look SO much better! Thanks alot! :) I shall really look into the option of getting G. Chrome.. :P I'm just to lazy to try new stuff like that. :p

And the Quick Reply Books looks... Kind of detached.. The size is great! It's just a little detached from the rest. ;)

I like the size of the Quick Reply box, but the stuff under it looks weird when it's thinner.

Is there a way of keeping the typing area of the quick reply box the thinner size, but make the blue space around it the same width as the rest of the forum? Maybe that would look less detached.

Sorry. Being picky again. :teehee:

YAY it looks great! :D

Can I just ask one thing? *ducks*

Can you make the subject line and the message box the same width? Either by making the subject line shorter or the message box wider?

*ducks again*

:teehee:
