Hearing that Calista was awake, the healer quickly rushed to her bedside. "My lady, I am glad you have awoken," he told her gently, frowning as he saw her lips move but no words come.
"Shh, my lady, please save your strength," he remarked, his frown deepening as he saw the beads of sweat that dotted her forehead and upper lip. Dipping a cloth in cool water, he gently dabbed her face with the rag as the woman drew in weak breaths.

The healer nodded and was about to list off the ingrediants in it when Calista's lips started to move again and the healer bent closer to her, knowing that she was trying to tell him something.
"P-p-purple D-dewberry....?" she murmured, her voice barely audible. Yet at that very moment, the woman's strength gave out and her blue eyes rolled back as she fainted dead away, her head slipping down to her shoulder as her entire body went limp on the bed.

Worry filling him, the healer tried unsuccessfully to revive the unconscious woman. Feeling her pulse weaken and her breathing all but cease, he quickly started to give her mouth to mouth. Come on, he thought to himself as he breathed into her.
