That one's definitely my favorite so far

That looks good, Nicole. You've actually made me like the whole following-the-branch thing Only thing I'm concerned about is that the words are a bit hard to read.

That's good to hear. What do you think will make the text easier to read? Different font, brightness, another color?

Well, I love the font, but some of the letters (particularly R and T) are really difficult, so maybe a different one would be better. Color and brightness look good though

Hmm, I see what you mean. Let me try fiddling around some more. ^^ Thank you for the feedback!

All right, I tried fixing the text warp, but it would not warp the exact ways I needed it to make all the links within the branch, like you said, so there was a whole bunch of fiddling...and I added a blue tint. Here it is: Personally, I like the text without the blue tint (more woody feel that goes with the ivy branch) but I do like this arrangement better.

I love the curve of the text! It's so hard to get right - you think it's just a simple S-curve at first, and then...it's not...and the text doesn't fit right...and it's all kinds of bad (Been there, done that.) But you did a really good job making it fit properly. I agree that the more woodsy-brown tint of the previous version works better. I would be curious to see how another font looks, though - this one is still kind of hard to read if you don't know what the words say already

I would make it more glowy, like the layouts we have had. All of the elements seem too... contrasted to eachother. But overall, I like it.

Bumping this.. simply because it's been so quiet lately. I totally understand if y'all are busy with exams and school, just curious to what our status is.

Absolutely nowhere. I'm dropping of this entire thing by the way. I'm tired of not being "allowed" to touch the coding until EVERYONE has agreed on any small or big change first, and I'm tired of the ENTIRE team waiting on ONE person for like 4 weeks because he's busy with exams, while some of us have free time - but we aren't "allowed" to do anything unless he's agreed to it first, because apparently someone died and made him king. I'm not trying to offend anyone here (hence the not naming anyone in specific), but we've been TALKING about this for MONTHS and that's all we've been doing - talking but not doing. Because way too many people are on board with this and we have to confirm EVERYTHING with EVERYONE apparently before we do absolutely anything. You wanna know how we're doing on the layout right now? Well nothing has been done. Absolutely nothing has been achieved thus far - not a single damn piece of coding has been done.
Anyway, I'm out. Have fun with that layout, guys.

Duly noted. I'm sorry you're frustrated, but it's understandable and your decision to leave will be respected. I hope you're still willing to help with other parts of the revival, like graphics making?

Yeah for sure - parts where I can contribute on my own time and not have to wait for 20 other people, I'm more than willing to do.

I've noticed this too. The Revival too often seems to rest on the responsibility of one person, and if that person gets busy it comes to a full stand-still until they come back. It hasn't even been one person at one time... it's been multiple people at different times, and it isn't a very good system. So... can anyone think of a solution? Maybe we could institute a new rule: Anyone agreeing to do anything for the Revival must get it done in... let's say a week. If it's not done by then, the task is up for grabs again. (One of our overseers could maybe post in the thread acknowledging the time is up.) Would this fix it?

I don't think the problem is people agreeing and then not doing, it's that we're afraid to agree before everyone's had their say. If we did things how it was done while working on the header, it might work. People suggest things, the ideas are tried, and then we can comment and make changes. That seems to me to be the only way to get things done.
