The way I play a flute I could probably use it very effectively as a weapon. The enemy would be so busy covering their ears, they wouldn't be able to hold their weapons, My troops, on the other hand, would be wearing earplugs, and would be able to wield weapons most effectively. 
Would you ever join Legolas and Gimli in a drinking contest?

Oh, you bet, I'm sure Elves are awesome at some things, but out-drinking a Dwarf, unlikely.
